CIPHER AWAY

So, gave me a 'dare' to draw a funny comic! I'm not really sure if this is funny, I'm not really a funny person myself..  

But about the comic, I actually made this comic a long time ago, and I wanted to post it for a while! Only now did I color it, actually.

It's kind of an inside joke between my older brother and I. It started off when he told me that Teleflowey looked kind of like a humanoid Bill? And when I made his design, I thought-


"hey what if his body was disposable?"
