You may have found me somewhere on another platform of social media, and decided to check my page out! Or maybe you were just surfing DA and found me. But that aside, I'm glad you had interest in checking out!

Unfortunately, I am most likely not going to be active on this account at all, except for a few occasional times where I'd check in for a bit from time to time. But other than that, It's pretty much dead.

I miss you a lot Stickers. You are one of the sweetest beans on here and Tumblr I have gotten to meet. I miss your doodle dumps or really anything you posted cause to me it let me know you were alive and okay.

Not to make that sound blown out of the water or anything but I worry for you and your health. You're still on my mind no matter how long its been. Please take care of your health, drink plenty of water, move a bit to prevent soreness. Use an ice pack to numb pain and a heat pack relieves muscle tension.

Bananas still help with cramps though high in natural sugars. If you ever need more protein in your diet fish, chicken and beef are great. Eggs have 6 grams of protein as well. Careful on carrots if on a diet cause they have natural glucose which I thought was disappointing. Pretty much all bread is high in cholesterol if you have to cut back that. If you want a flavor that is bitter as heck but will kinda be like a wake up call due to taste and high in protein I recommend greek yogurt (but careful on grams of sugar on label) and strawberries with a little milk. If you even freeze the strawberries you can use that as the "ice" and make it into a smoothie ^^

Not gonna make this much longer but I still wanna say I miss you lots and you are still ever on my mind. I hope you are taking care of yourself cause your self care matters. I've been kinda on a hectic schedule but I've been wanting to draw you a picture that has been on my mind for some time that I hoped would help you smile.
